When not in action, the military spends its time undergoing training. The military’s ability to train and rehearse with tremendous efficiency and effectiveness has made the difference between success and failure in recent conflicts and has saved the lives of thousands of service personnel. The effective and safe operation of high-tech systems and platforms require well trained people. Without simulation in defence training, the value of the platform or weapons system is far lower due to poor operational effectiveness.<\/p>\n
